Post a number between 1 and 1,000 in the original post comments
When the contest is over, a random number between 1 and 1,000 will be generated with software
The number closest to the generated number, without going over, will be the winning number
We will check to make sure the person who posted the winning number is eligible
If the person who posted the winning number is eligible, we will publicly announce the winner on our Facebook page
In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker will be posting a number between 1 and 10, and rules 4 through 7 will be repeated
The winner must respond to the announcement on our Facebook page within 24 hours
The winner must redeem their prize within 6 months, from the date they won. After 6 months, the prize is no longer valid
The winner must choose a location within 20 driving miles of Chesapeake, VA.
The location may not be within any US Military airspace, unless Waterway Aerials, LLC has a previous FAA authorization for that specific location
Any other FAA airspace restrictions apply
